We was like royalty at this hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel is located in a great area, surrounded by upscale boutiques. We found it easy to get around this quiet and upmarket part of the city.

I had a FAB stay in a long time. It was stunningly beautiful and clean hotel, exactly as described, with cheerful staff and comfortable location down the hill. Truly enjoyed fresh bread, cereals and cheese at breakfast. Late check-out was useful.

The hotel was in a great location, surrounded by upscale shopping and restaurants. We loved being able to walk around and explore the neighborhood. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and helped us with our reservations. The breakfast at the hotel was also delicious, with a Turkish touch that we really enjoyed.
It would have been nice if the hotel had informed us about this before our arrival. Another thing that wasn't ideal was that the beds were a bit too hard for our liking.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area, right on the fine shopping street of Istanbul. The rooms are beautifully decorated with stylish modern decor, especially in the toilet. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, with a special shout-out to Mr. Atakan for his helpfulness and excellent English. The breakfast had endless selections, catering to a wide range of tastes.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located in the heart of Nisantasi, surrounded by the best shops in town. It's the perfect spot for a family with 2 small kids, as everything you need is just a few steps away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful design. The staff is professional and accommodating, always ready to help. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. it's a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.
The acoustic insulation between the rooms could be improved.
